Nearly a month away from FEST 2019, we continue to release a few more names that will take part in this year's FEST - Film Industry Program. Manuel Alberto Claro, is one of the most important cinematographers from the "Dogma 95" movement, and highly influential DOP. Manuel has a long-term collaboration with director Lars Von Trier. One of his earlier films, Christoffer Boe's Reconstruction went on to win the Camera d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival. Manuel has worked with Von Trier in almost all his major film since the 2011 psychological drama Melancholia. Claro has also worked on the director’s Nymphomaniac - Vol. 1 & Vol. 2, and, most recently on The House That Jack Built. He will be presenting a masterclass precisely on the latter, where he will present a case study discussing the creative process, and how he achieved to final looks of the film.
